Economic growth, innovation processes and human capital development in the Mediterranean area: the Programme organizes capitalization event

When Europe’s neighbours do well, so does Europe. The understanding that competitive, economically productive countries make the best trading partners is one the driving motivations for the Programme to fund a major segment of projects which focus on economic growth and territorial development.

Competitive and innovative economies also need qualified and skilled manpower. Hard-working individuals who are interested in progress to develop the Mediterranean area and its communities and work for a better future. That’s why several projects of the ENPI CBC Med aim at encouraging the development of human capital, investing on our most precious resource: people.

Representatives of over 20 cooperation projects will gather in Athens on 15 December on occasion of the last capitalization event organized under ENPI CBC Med Programme.

The event aims at analyzing and discussing key topics addressed and main results achieved by projects in the following fields:

• Economic growth;
• Innovation processes;
• Human capital development.

The event will include interactive sessions in view of identifying good practices and common valuable approaches developed by cross-border partnerships under the ENPI CBC Med Programme.
