Project title: AGRIFOOD-MEDNET
Brief description of the project: Possible actions of AGRIFOOD - MEDNET should be relevant definition of policies and promotion of pilot initiatives to support R&D, innovation and technology transfer, with particular attention to SMEs, and promotion of innovating SMEs clusters. According to the priority specification, the project aims to design partnership joint strategies to increase the efficiency of agro food cross-border trade by means of: • Adoption of common best practice relevant to agro food supply chain • Processing/manufacturing and consolidation services in the port terminal • Shared custom procedure and controls relevant to safety and health • Exchange of knowledge as concerns technologies for goods tracking and quality certification • Adoption of technology innovation in the supply chain • Products/goods valorization
