Brief description of the project: To generate greater competitiveness in the SMEs of the European space through new Knowledge sharing networks and new forms of Competency Management Values, adapting management and decision-making to the principles that are already implemented through the New Economic Models (human dignity, Social justice , solidarity, sustainability, participation and transparency).
Main objectives – issues to be addressed: Create NETWORKS OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES that invest in new ways Management based on PRINCIPLES and VALUES, where the interest is based on the people and not only in the economic benefit: ETHICS IN BUSINESS. Design and implement in at least 200 companies participating in the project the Concept of Management that is intended, developing a Computer Application Comprehensive support.
Expected results: Throughout the two years of expected work, it is expected to achieve a consolidation New forms of management that allow the expansion of collaborative synergies between SMEs participants. Generation of innovative ideas that improve and simplify the models of people management in SMEs and to contribute to increase their position in the international market through the work in Network.
