Joint structures

The management of the Programme is assigned to joint structures, ensuring a transparent and shared decision-making process:
the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC), decision-making body of the Programme;
the Joint Managing Authority (JMA), the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, in charge of the operational and financial management of the Programme;
the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS), which provides technical and administrative support to the Joint Managing Authority.

Moreover, two Branch Offices ensure the diffusion of opportunities offered by the Programme in the eligible territories:
• Branch Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (Aqaba, Jordan);
• Branch Office for the Western Mediterranean (Valencia, Spain).

Finally, a Projects Selection Committee (PSC), responsible for the evaluation of projects proposals, will be formed on the occasion of each call.
