Joint Technical Secretariat

Composed of international experts, the Joint Technical Secretariat is a technical and administrative body in charge of:
• assisting the Joint Managing Authority and the Joint Monitoring Committee in day-to-day management of the Programme (preparation of calls for proposals, selection and management of projects, communication, etc.);
• providing technical assistance to project applicants in the preparation of project proposals and to beneficiaries in project implementation;
• supporting the Joint Managing Authority in the execution of the information and communication activities.

The Joint Technical Secretariat is based in Cagliari within the Autonomous Region of Sardinia and is organized in three sections:
• section providing assistance to projects applicants;
• section for communication, information and visibility;
• financial section.
