Brief description of the project: Analysis, comparison and improvement of legal systems and public policies that the European Union, Spain and Morocco are promoting for achieving the social integration in the Strait of Gibraltar
Main objectives – issues to be addressed: Analysis, comparison and improvement of legal systems and public policies that the European Union, Spain and Morocco are promoting for achieving the social integration in the Strait of Gibraltar, including the immigrants and refugees protection system.
Expected results: This proposal aims to integrate and update the common legal framework about social rights between neighboring states and its public administrations for a right implementation of NEP
