Brève description du projet : The project aims to develop a system of MSW management based on use of innovative technologies as GIS, ICT and smart bins to manage all the patterns of recycling of different materials. A legislative issue will be tackled to pass from the so-called 'pollueur-payeur'(polluter-payer) to 'pollueur-récupérateur'(polluter-recuperator).
Objectifs principaux – problèmes à traiter: develop a sustainable urban solid wastes management strategy based on zero-emission principle by use of innovative technologies
Résultats attendus: I expect to deliver an innovative tool based on new ICT applications and GIS to manage in real time the fluxes of solid wastes in urban area
