Brève description du projet : This project is centered in technology transfer for SMES in food production and linked with tourism. The aim is to produce a suitable tool for SMEs in patents and inventions, produce a range of intercultural trials and pilots and upgrade current level of tourism based in mediterranean diet
Objectifs principaux – problèmes à traiter: Identificaction of current state of art in technology for food production and renewal of mediterranean recipes created with new tools, empower consumers dialogue about medterranean diet, empower cooperation among 4 helix key actors (academy, governemnts, civil society and SMEs), reinforme intercultural cooperation based in food production and combination of different arts (music, dance, ...) with recipes creation, among others ..
Résultats attendus: 3000 offers for Technology transfer to SMEs involved in food production and tourism offer in med diet, 5000 SMEs as targets of advice in technology transfer, 60 cities involved in the network of Cities for Innovation in food production and Med diet
