Brève description du projet : The proposed project is a pilot project to be implemented in an eligible area in Egypt. the proposal will reduce the environmental degradation in the eligible area by applying an innovative and sustainable system for waste water and sludge treatment and allow the reuse of treated waste water as a non-conventional water resource for irrigation.
Objectifs principaux – problèmes à traiter: - Implement an innovative and sustainable system for waste water and sludge treatment. -Maximize the benefits from the treated waste water to be used as non-conventional water supply. - Reduce the current environmental degradation -Enhancement of social and economic positive impacts.
Résultats attendus: -Treated waste water to be reused as non-conventional water supply for irrigation. -Production of bio-fertilizers. -Job opportunities.
