Brève description du projet : MVM: Mediterranean Virtual Museum project aims to develop technologies, knowledge, curriculum and activities to preserve and empower the cultural heritage of cities and historical places around the Mediterranean. he project will include capacity building, financing of small firms, research in Virtual Reality, building a database and web application with modeling of the process.
Objectifs principaux – problèmes à traiter: Improve the access and revenue for tourism and preservation of cultural heritage sites. Develop technologies and platforms for enabling a realistic virtual site-seeing activities. Develop the knowledge and small businesses working in this area which will improve the local economy.
Résultats attendus: A new and adaptable model for a Virtual Museum of Mediterranean heritage sites.
