Vetroresin reuse

Brève description du projet : The disposal of nautical products based on fiberglass is an important environmental issue today. In Europe alone there are about 600,000 boats more than 30 years old and in less than 10 years they will have to be discharged. The project intends to develop and test technology to treat fiberglass through a specific plasma gasification technology so as to reuse it for energy production electricity to be either channeled into networks or used for the plant itself. The combustion of endothermic gas will be released into the atmosphere with a polluting concentration nearing zero harmful emissions. The resulting products of the gasifier are fiberglass fibers added in heavy metals completely inerted and usable as a filler. Once testing is completed, these types of gasifiers could be installed in the plants that already treat fiberglass.

Résultats attendus: - Enhancement of current recreational boat vetroresin - Management, recycling by reusing waste to preduce energy. - Reuse of waste products - Reduction of waste products
