Two mooring buoys for environmental monitoring have been installed off the costal of Aqaba (Jordan) and Mahdia (Tunisia). These devices provide information on water quality, temperature, rips, radiation, marine life, pollution, maritime traffic, marine flora and fauna conditions, and weather conditions
